Cooking With Chronic Pain: Homemade Taco Seasoning

So easy to make and it tastes great! Also this isn't my recipe, I found it online and thought it was worth it to share!

Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp Chili Powder

- 1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

- 1/4 tsp Crush Red Pepper Flakes

- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano

- 1/2 tsp Paprika

- 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

- 1 tsp Sea Salt

- 1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions:

1. Mix together in a bowl and add to the cooked ground beef or ground turkey with a little bit of water and mix.
